Pei Chang is a graduate of Harvard University: John F. Kennedy School of Government and UCLA. Before entering real estate, Pei's background includes both international banking and corporate communications. Pei is very active in the community. He is the Board Chair of APAIT and was previously President of the UCLA Rose Bowl Bruins Alumni Chapter and Vice Chairperson on the City of San Gabriel Planning Commission. He is a notary public and speaks fluent Mandarin.
