About Me
I was born and raised in Virginia and lived most of my life on the East Coast. I was a single mom of 3 great kids for many years, who are now all adult aged. In 2010, I reconnected with my high school sweetheart (on Facebook) and in 2011, I moved to San Diego with my 2 young boys to start our next chapter, while my daughter remained back in Virginia. We have made San Diego our home and can't imagine living anywhere else. Since moving to San Diego, I married my high school sweetheart and became a grandmother/Mimi. Over the years, I have been very active in the community by volunteering with Rancho Bernardo Pop Warner, Rancho Bernardo Little League, High School Sports, and in the classroom.
I have gained vast community knowledge in the San Diego area, with a great deal of that knowledge being in North County. With over 25 years of sales and service experience, I have sold over $9.5 million in property, which proves helpful as I negotiate homes on behalf of my clients. My husband is retired Navy, so I have a great deal of knowledge and personal experience in working with VA Buyers. In addition, I have knowledge and experience in working with Seniors and New Home Purchases.
I am a Certified NAR Military Relocation Professional, a Veteran & Active Duty Advocating Real Estate Professional, NAR Probate & Trust Certified, a Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and Residential Construction Certified (RCC).
